I had a HORRIBLE experience with a previous car I purchased (not from here), and everyone at Mo Auto Sales  was more than amazing! I bought a vehicle from here about a month ago, and the customer service and care was awesome. There was a slight issues with the car after I bought it which comes with the territory when buying a used car sometimes. But they were very very honorable and fixed the issue for me asap which was a huge plus for me. Omar one of the car salesmen treated me like family and called a few weeks later just to check up on me and see how everything was going. I had no issues with it title change either. Incredible team! Fantastic vehicles! Phenomenal price! Do not buy a car from any other dealer within a 75-mile radius of Cincinnati until you visit Mo Auto Sales. My wife and I visited all the major dealerships and we ended up back at Mo's Auto where we purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot, Touring edition. The price was great and the vehicle is in excellent condition. That said, the value at Mo's simply cannot be beat.

But the best part was our experience with the top-notch team at Mo's. It's a family owned and operated business and that shows through in how it is run. You will be treated like a person, not a number. In fact, both times we visited Mo's, the owner's 10-year-old son was there detailing cars and helping in the office—during his summer break! That explains why the vehicles are in such pristine condition.

The bottom line is, everyone was knowledgable, helpful, and exemplified excellent service. I don't know anyone that likes car shopping, but Mo's made the process much more enjoyable. You can go to any one of the 200+ dealers that are in Fairfield alone, but I trust you'll regret not stopping by Mo Auto Sales.

Fantastic Service. Worked with Omar and he was friendly, honest and incredibly helpful. Let us take the car to our mechanic who noticed something that needed to be fixed. We brought the car back and, because it was still under original warranty, they took the car to service to get fixed and when it came back repaired, we completed the deal. Pricing was fair and no pressure to buy. In fact, we hung out for awhile on two occasions just chatting. I would definitely purchase from this dealer again and recommend you ask for Omar.
